From first learning to advanced concepts, the Pratt Telecommunity Center is well known for their ability to effectively instruct all types of computer users. Classes are two to four hour sessions emphasizing hands on use and repitition. Each student is progressively challenged in a session through a building block approach where each task leads to the next. In all cases, success is measured in the individual's ability to return to work or home being more productive and less afraid of their computer.

As you review the topics, notice that many include both a beginning and advanced session. This is intended to allow each individual to fit their needs to the right session.
