At the Colorado Rural Health Center's Annual Grant Writing Workshop in March 1996, Mr. Greg Smith had the opportunity to work with several professionals who write and/or review grant proposals. Mr. Smith presented on how to "Design and Develop an Evaluation Strategy" and how to "Solicit Community Support" for a grant applications.
