RHF presented to over sixty member hospitals of the Health Education Development System, Inc. (HEDS) and Cooperative Health Education Program (CHEP) at their annual meeting (February 1995). This presentation was a workshop to explore how telecommunications can change the delivery of health care and its practical applications for community health networks throughout the continuum of care.
