On December 30, L á a Liga issued an official statement that all matches in the 15th round of La Liga will observe a minute of silence to express their condolences over Pele’s death.
“La Liga and the Spanish Football Association have agreed to observe a minute of silence in the 15th round of La Liga to express their condolences and respect for the death of Pele,” L á a Liga wrote.
