December 28-Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham are all interested in Everton goalkeeper Pickford, the Daily Mail reported.
Pickford reached an agreement in principle with Everton on a new five-year deal before the World Cup, but the two sides have not yet signed a contract. Pickford is happy to stay at Everton and manager Frank Lampard is hoping to lock in the future of the regular goalkeeper as soon as possible. Sources revealed that Pickford’s contract extension was postponed because of the club’s senior management, but Everton executives did not give a reason for this.
With 18 months left on Pickford’s current contract, Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea are all keeping an eye on the England international. Among them, Tottenham need to find a successor to Lori, while Chelsea and Manchester United are also considering looking for a new goalkeeper, Manchester United will also consider selling Dean Henderson to raise funds.
